David

David is a no-nonsense cybersecurity expert and technology strategist dedicated to helping SMEs leverage technology to defend against cyber threats. As the driving force behind FortiTech’s helpdesk and cybersecurity services, he ensures businesses receive expert guidance and support tailored to their unique needs.

With over 25 years of commercial IT experience, David has held senior leadership roles including Group CIO for a manufacturing company before founding FortiTech. His approach is straightforward: he takes the time to understand your business and recommends only the best-fit solutions to strengthen security and efficiency.


David is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, holds ITIL certification, and continually expands his expertise in emerging technologies and business methodologies. He is also a sought-after technology speaker, having delivered keynote addresses for the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Chartered Public Accountants (CPA), QUT’s Disrupting Law, and panel discussions such as the globally televised World Legal Summit in collaboration with the University of Queensland.


Tessa

Tessa is the backbone of FortiTech’s helpdesk, ensuring smooth and efficient support for our clients while also managing finance, marketing, and operations. With over 20 years of experience spanning office management, executive support, and project coordination across industries like finance, utilities, consulting, and engineering, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team.



Her strong IT background including helpdesk support and business analysis allows her to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Whether she’s troubleshooting an issue or improving internal systems, Tessa is dedicated to keeping both FortiTech and our clients running at peak efficiency.
